Startup Idea Validator is a free tool that helps you research a business idea. It provides a method, and it hosts reports you choose to publish. The analysis itself is produced by a third-party AI assistant — ChatGPT or Claude — running on your account and your subscription.

2. No warranty, and definitely no advice
Reports are generated by a language model. They may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Every claim should be checked against the sources it cites before you rely on it.

3. What you may and may not do
Use it for your own research, and share the reports freely.
Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to publish anything defamatory or infringing, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may remove any published report and withdraw access at any time, without notice.
4. Published reports
Publishing a report is your choice. Once published it appears in the public library, is visible to anyone with the link, and may be indexed by search engines. It carries no link to your account — see the Privacy Policy.
You keep whatever rights you have in your own idea. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display the report. Ask us and we will remove it.
5. The third-party assistants
Your use of ChatGPT or Claude is governed by OpenAI's or Anthropic's own terms, not ours. Their availability, pricing and behaviour are outside our control, and changes on their side may affect or break this service.
6. Availability and changes
The service is free and offered with no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
